n!faculty shocks the French CS-Elite
Right after their win over Alternate in the first matches of the German ESL Pro Series, n!faculty is in the headlines again. As February drew to a close, n!faculty’s new line-up shook the French CS scene to its foundations. They won the tournament, bagging €5000 in the process.
Neither WCG champions emuLate nor the other top French team could stop Chrizzo and b4d. After just a few weeks in training this team seems in brilliant shape.

Alternate succeeded in France
In the last week of February, Alternate’s Counter-Strike: Source team picked up their first title of the new year. At a LAN party in the French city of Lunéville, they won a tournament playing against mostly French opponents, including some of the strongest teams from the French ESL Pro Series.
Alternate were never in trouble, winning their group after losing only 14 of their 120 rounds. Even in the playoffs, nothing threatened Alternate’s dominance. Despite having made two changes to their line-up, the team stayed on top in almost every situation. The best that any of their opponents could manage was a score of 10 rounds.
