Please tell us about the equipment you use, including discussing the types of component and a short answer on why you use them.

Team Dignitas

Intel Quad Duo - leading chip which I wouldn't change for the world. It gives constant performance and the consistency of the chip is remarkable. I can run Call of Duty 2 in DX9 flawlessly.

Abit Motherboard - Abit I got suggested to use from a computer shop and I've used ASUS and all other manufacturers and I've noticed Abit definitely has the edge.

Croshair - leading memory specialist and most definitely have changed the memory market is why I mainly chose this type of memory.

X-Fi - at the moment I'm using a Xmod external USB soundcard which by far is the most ingenious thing from sound technology because at LANs computers have different soundcards and setups the Xmod gives me constant sound quality.

XFX 8800 - leading graphics card constant performance and the PC Gamer review I saw convinced me to get it.

How do you think the equipment you use helps you play better?

Precision and how comfortable the equipment is makes all the different in equipment and I guess it's an important fact when playing ~5+ hours a day.

How'd you join Team Dignitas?

I got recruited way back about a year ago. I was playing for a team called Discipline which I took the responsibility to form and rebuild. After one year of playing with then I got approached by Mick, the captain of Team Dignitas, who asked if I would like to join because one of there players (scouse) couldn't play anymore due to job commitments. Of course I said yes and here I am today, loving it.
